It's that time of year again when we make resolutions and review our lives up to this point. In my review, I prefer to think of things that give me pleasure. Here's my list:

• successfully solving a problem with my computer
• a yard full of birds

• Madame Alexander dolls

• afternoon naps with my cat
• the call of the goldfinch
